A liquid biopsy company. Its Parsortix platform captures intact circulating tumor cells from a routine tube of blood, so a lab can study them without a biopsy. Publicly traded, ran like a startup (~300 staff at peak). Renamed CelLBxHealth in 2025.

Employee number three · Four roles

Wrote and reviewed product requirements for the first Parsortix prototypes, from the bench, before the company had product managers.

Ran voice of customer across all 150+ deployments and beta at selected sites, then turned what came back into product decisions: development-cycle time down 21%, service visits down 19%, service costs down 33%.

Drove a roadmap pivot on voice-of-customer risk-reduction data that cut the timeline to our first FDA submission, and fed the sales forecast by calling which evaluations would convert.

Built the sales enablement after clearance: FAQ, specialized training, and a case-management system that kept the field speaking with one voice.

A market research report on why blood-based cancer detection products stall before they reach the clinic, and Blind Spot Revealer Cards, a deck that surfaces the assumptions a cross-functional team builds in without noticing. Plus a set of Obsidian plugins I design, build, and ship.

A 350-member paid community for people building personal knowledge management systems.

As fractional Community Manager I own the member journey: rebuilt onboarding as an automated flow, paid membership up 230%. I took it to build product-growth skills alongside a founder who cares deeply about what he is building.
